I recently joined SB-A less than 2 months ago. It is a major misfit and I was offered a job in SB-B. I was told that the salary will be match but cannot higher. Is this true?

And also, is it possible to transfer from A to B? Or SB-A will reject it? The new job is I applied myself thru C@G.
