I am more fmailiar with the opportunities/pay for MBAs. From what i've seen, your best bet would be to look to join a graduate progran at an MNC of your choice. Typically these are 12- 18 month programs where you will work in different functions/locations of the company; at the end of which you integrate as a manager, usually on a fast-track of some sort. In Sgp you would probably get around 3- 4k a month. Of course this will increase significantly once you complete the program.
