NS, and the numbers mentioned are not AWS. Previous role has a fixed 1 month bonus.
I'm concerned that post-covid my future employers will lowball based on the ministry's offer. I also tried to nego but HR was adamant that it's final.

The job scope is aligned with what I am interested in but the pay is just unattractive. Should I take the offer (job hunting is really tough during covid) and "think long-term" because having a govt job in my industry seems reputable and I can get to learn in a relatively stable environment?
TLDR received offer from a ministry, am ok with everything except for the pay but unsure if I am too narrow minded
