You think you have the upper hand. Wait till you join. Also we can purposely give you lower grade so that extra you ask for will result in lower bonus...

Not sure how is this benefiting you?
Forcing people to leave and you need to find replacement which you will waste your time doing interview( if you need ).
And you got a lot of manpower under you and you got the time to mark individual?
This kind of management should just go to hell.
