to share a live example
- during this one year of covid, one of my colleague (mx11a) OT almost everyday until 9pm, and burned quite a number of weekends. he gotten a band A but no promotion
- another one also mx10, perform well in leading role and managing projects. got a band B and promoted to mx10 this yr

both of them are about the same age (35+ now), both joined our agencies 5 yrs ago and promoted to mx11a 3yrs ago.
