I'm worse. GEO 3 since 2013 (then was still known as the 1a1 1a2 2a1 2a2 grading system). 8 years liao, male somemore.
Even all my female colleagues who joined the same year as me all promoted. My grades and theirs are about the same. They even took before log term leave or maternity leave etc, whereas i hardly take mc. One of them even had c- grade before, whereas i didnt have c- before.
so you are right. The system is messed up. its just a matter of how much the p and the middle management likes u.
And i fully agree with u on building passive income and doing minimal for the job. When the passive income is more than the pay that
moe is giving for geo3, can leave this job anytime for good.
