no wonder... my boss is the sort who will never fight for his staff. Even during daily work, when I bring up any issue that needs him to make a decision, he will just keep quiet and hope the problem goes away by itself if he doesn't do anything. With this kind of attitude it's no wonder no one in my branch has been promoted for years; he's just not fighting for them.
