When they want you, of course it is non-issue. One easy way of not renewing your contract is to pick on your teaching evaluation performance. just 1 single student comment that is negative is sufficient reason to review your case. another method is to make leave on your own. they will do this by giving you task that is totally not your area. example, you are a non-technical person, with econs background. they will throw a subject say in the area of IT & Ecommerce for you to develop and teach.
