If you’re in BO, chances are is that they have headcount to convert 80%+ of intake similar to previous years. All that is required from you is to perform.
BO - devs are always in demand, automation of systems is all the rage now esp with civic
MO - usually hired as direct hire and not part of MA programmes. I’m surprised if they do take interns into MO. If they do - usually means they have headcount.
The view is that this covid will pass , worst case is that they won’t give you an immediate offer but you’re on the top of their list once hiring freeze (if any for fresh grads). Always perform. Think about the rest later.
