Once endorsed, will informed me to go down for signing and book medical appointment.
Should I hand in my resignation letter before the signing & medical? Any chance that at the very last minute they don’t want me? I am fit and do not have any medical or criminal record.

Usually Will be better if you resign after you have formally sign off the job offer.
