Govtech indeed can pay slightly higher than many other
SBs. but also note that there is no longer 13th month in govtech.
Hence your 4200 is somewhat identical to 3900 in other
SBs (with 13th month). Still a good number though. the SB i am in just offer a fresh grad (2nd class upper, w/o
ns) earlier this year 3.5
