If fresh grad don't think too much, the HR will hardly budge. If u want to indicate on your application form, just put 3k to ensure they call. If you are window shopping then put 4k also can. Who knows they may call.
Any experience in a large company is good. Large company can continue in large company easily. Small company want to join large is difficult.
