What kind of roles? They are always looking for sales people but require experience. FedEx is one of the only companies that regularly take in fresh grads or transfers from other industries with no experience and they have the best and structured trainee programs (1 week in Guangzhou in the 1st year and 2 weeks in Shanghai in the 2nd year). The pay however is not fantastic and the sales force is usually poached by DHL and the other freight forwarders after 2 or 3 years.
I was in FedEx for 2 years but I left because I didn't enjoy doing direct sales.
