Most AEDs whom i know of are either Diploma holders or having their distance or private degrees not recognised by
MOE as teachers..
With first class honours from
NTU/
NUS/
SMU, you are better off working as a teacher.
AEDs work as hard as teachers, with form class, CCAs, committees. Except no marking.
