I was like you, graduated in 2017 with a second upper, didnt have any related experience or internship as during my school days I joined an insurance company. After graduation, I went into corporate line for 2 months and started with a pathetic diploma pay (2.2k). Subsequently joined a small audit firm to learn and it fetched me 2.5k. Now after working for a year, I hopped back to corporate line and was offered by quite a few companies with pay increment more than 20%. Oh and I received an offer from one of the Big Four after my one year of experience.
