MX11 range should be about 5.5k ~8.4k; MX11a should be about 6.5k~
Sharing my own progression to give you a sense:
2005 MX13 2.6k B grade PB 1.5 months
2006 MX13 2.8k B grade PB 1.5 months
2007 MX12 3.3k B grade PB 2 months
2008 MX12 3.5k B grade PB 2 months
2009 MX12 3.8k B grade PB 2 months
2010 MX11 4.3k - resigned and joined SB (no transfer of service at that time) no PB
2010 took up a MX12 equivalent job at SB 4k B grade PB 2.5 months
2011 MX12 4.5k B grade PB 2.5 months
2012 MX12 4.8k A grade PB 3 months
2013 MX11 5.3k C+ grade PB 2 months
2014 MX11 5.6k A grade PB 3.5 months
2015 MX11 (promotion within SB own grade, and salary adjustment) 6.4k C+ grade PB 2 months
2016 MX11 7.1k A grade PB 3.5 months
2017 MX11a 8.4k C+ grade PB should be 2 months
CEP: MX9, key appointment likelihood
