Hourly rate lowest? You sure? We work maybe 5 hours more than other people per day, but our salary is quadruple. Think about that.

to be honest, apart from IB, my peers in audit/compliance/engineering/HR/marketing all seem to have just as bad or worse hours than i do - and they're getting paid half of what i'm getting in a big4.
