Depends. At the start, we earn 5.5 - 6k vs 3 - 3.5k of other people, so its double. 10 years later, we earn 20 - 25k vs 6 - 7 k of other people, so its quadruple. Bottom line is that the more senior lawyers get, the more the difference between our pay and that of others.
Hourly rate lowest? You sure? We work maybe 5 hours more than other people per day, but our salary is quadruple. Think about that.
