I feel that it is too restricted in today's market [economy unknown], and just doing commercial property, you can't expand your knowledge as well.

Sadly, this is how Singapore work force is. If you want to have work life balance, join the stat board/govt. Most of my friends who are in stat board or govt jobs, they usually have more work life...

Still need to memorize a bit la. Haha. Especially for the offences, days to report when offence committed, fines, etc. But other than that, yes, it is relatively manageable if you really study.

Just an update, went to 2 rounds of interview...

Just an update, went to 2 rounds of interview with one of the local bank. Focus mainly on commercial property loans alone.

Think most probably wont be getting the offer. :(
