Yeah riiiight. If you don't want to take job at that pay, some SIM grad will do it for longer hours and $500 cheaper.

Here is the career pay scale for a big4 employee:
A1 - 2850
A2 - 3350
S1 - 4350
S2 - 4850
S3/AM - 5350

Big4 starting is 2.8k +/-
Mid tier firms start at 2.5k +/-
Also they do not give AWS and very little variable bonus, but salary increase for the first 3-4 years is quite fast.

too little. but no one goes into big 4 for the money isn't it? everyone is there just for the experience. clock a few years and leave after that.
