This happens everywhere. In the past ste pay was pathetic but at least now they are peg to market rate. If you are pay well so all the more it’s worth it

That's why my division all the senior never help the newbies. Let them figure out. Let customer scold them etc.

They need to take care of their existing staffs. New staffs all pay hirer than the laojiaos, of cos will cause internal unbalance issue. D
