Auditors don't care because everyone knows qualifications is a thing you take because you don't get study leave otherwise. Accountants don't care because they know experience is more important. Usually it's the frustrated job seekers who are obsessed with it.

I don't think there's even any big 4 people left either except for the occasional depressed senior asking about exit opps. It's amazing that no one is even mentioning about the upcoming pay raise.
