MOM corporate management department

Working culture + Likelihood of extension in MOM corporate management department

can anyone advise how is the working culture in MOM corporate management department? (CMD)

i have been offered 1 year contract which may be end up to renewal / placement to perm / end of contract aftre 1 year.

what is the likelihood of extension after 1 year at CMD?

someone please advise the culture + likelihood of extension.

your help will be deeply appreciated

It depends. Sometimes, the org wants to facilitate the departure.

If they remain quiet, the ck king gets gets to join another org.

If they complain too much, they might be stuck with him.

Nope. If not via movement, appraisal at new company will be solely based on performance at new company.
