Thank you for getting back to us! We'd like to share that RegionUP has been a trusted platform for mid-to-senior level job seekers looking for new opportunities within the Asia Pacific. If you'd like, feel free to call us at +65-64383435. Our office is located at 24 Raffles Place #21-03A Clifford Centre, Singapore 048621. We'd like to do our utmost best to help clear your doubts and inquiries about our services.

We hope this helps. Have a wonderful day!

RegionUP Official Dear Guest,

Thank you for sharing your views. With regards to this, we'd like to also share that RegionUP does not actually provide recruitment services; rather, we are a subscription-based career platform dedicated to provide and give access to mid-to-senior level jobs. If one prefers to be more active in his/her job hunt, s/he is free to upgrade to Premium. That being said, upgrading to Premium is entirely optional and you can choose to remain as a Free Member on the site if you want to.

We hope this addresses your concerns. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] for further inquiries. We'd be more than happy to hear from you. Have a good day ahead!

Regards,
RegionUP Support

Cyberience
Unethical

There is some serious Ethics problem here. in Most countries, Hong Kong included, it is illegal to charge a Job seeker or candidate for recruitment services, this is the explicit responsibility of the Employer who is paying for the salary and service in finding people, someone looking for a job is of course in need of earning money, and needs to make their money last till they get the next paying position. When I see the free time, but needs a credit card, I will stop right their. why can I not have the free time without giving my credit card? this is just a trick. 1 good thing is you can get the credit card to refund and then they will chase or refuse to pass on the fee to the company.
I think this comes down to the Singapore Way of doing things,Ethics is not a consider factor in Singapore culture.

Dear sunnycarnival,

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. The auto-renewal setting in your account can actually be turned off easily to avoid unnecessary charges. If you feel that you've been charged by mistake, do let us know and we'll refund any unused service.

We also understand your situation as you've not gotten any feedback from recruiters. To continually value-add our service, we actively help our Premium subscribers look out for suitable jobs and recruiters to reach out to. If you'd like to find out more, feel free to drop us an email.

Unregistered If you can get those high paying jobs on RegionUp in the first place, headhunters will be contacting you. No need to pay for RegionUp membership.

RegionUp scam

I agree RegionUp is most likely a scam site. Don't use it.
