Unregistered In most CS and SB (NUS is like SB) bonus award is entirely dependent on performance for the period of assessment. Whether your salary hit the ceiling or not has no bearing on the bonus.

Logically, as a boss, if my staff has hit his ceiling and cannot go up the next bar because of lack of job vacancy or hit CEP, but performs well in current grade, I will recommend him for bigger bonus.

Anyone knows if hit ceiling will still be entitled to bonus?

Hi... I wanna ask if anyone is working in NUS as an MSO and if hit the salary ceiling will still be eligible for personal bonus? I understand from HR that there won't be increment if hit salary ceiling for the specific grade. But I forgot to ask about the bonus.
