For junior staff, pay & benefits is average, a little better than normal GLC or small MNC but lower than the banks or top MNC, so don't expect too much. Most people will slog there for 3-4 years and get a nice CV then move on. Not many people can take the crazy hours and stress for at least 12 years before you are made partner. |

Unregistered | Good place to start your career as you will learn a lot and career progression is faster than most other companies. You will need to work hard but with the experience gained you can move to a senior position in another company. |

Unregistered | typical culture like the accounting companies. low level grunts work like mad and get little pay & benefits, partner more talk to customer and delegate work to the grants and get the profit sharing plan which pays up to 24 mths bonus. |
