5 room can rent for 4-6k? Guess it depends on area..i saw advertisement that sengkang area 5 room are only renting out for less than 3k per mth.
im sick, tired and stress with life in sg, 9-5 job,overcowded, healthcare,transport,housing is all expensive . How i wish i can rent out my 5 room flat for 3k++ and use the monthly rental to pay for my retirement in CM if possible. Hope to live a slower pace life, doing something that i like, doing charity work,got time for my hobbies before im old and unable to do so.

Yes I totally agreed with you.
My HDB neighbor rented her 5-room flat for $8K per month. You can use that monthly rental to live like a king in foreign land.
$4-6K is too low.

You can easily rent out your HDB flat for $3500 - $4000 pm, so $2000 pm to finance your retirement in CM is no problem. I look forward to this to retire.
