More likely in the 4.3k to 4.5k range. I was from SPRING.

That's because the organisation had invested in her. They need ROI, so by default, scholars perform well to justify them getting scholarships in the first place. It is bull to say they do not get preferential treatment; more often than not they get big projects to do, to justify their rapid promotion.

Hi I read that stat board are not included when government announces that civil servant is getting AVC bonus
So may I know how do stat boards bonus compare to ministries?
Also, is it easier to move from a stat board to a ministry or from a ministry to a stat board?

I know a couple of EDB entry level grads who entered with 2nd upper / not first class but yes, they had pretty stellar extracurriculars to boot.
