Technically yes, you can use your years of experience in your previous ministry as justification for promotion. But quite difficult in reality. Because you have to understand that there will always be a 'queue' for promotion in your new ministry. U have not contributed in the new ministry to warrant a promotion. It will be easier to get a higher grade (MX 10 or MX11) if u are hired from outside instead of internal transfer. |
