Hi guys, I'm in final year in Uni. I would like to know more of the SIA Executive Programme (SEP) . I'm thinking of joining the engineering position. Can you guys share more on this programme? Is it a good opportunity to start an engineer here?

should be the same as the whole SIA group used the same test. i did the test when i joined sats when it was still part of the group and later again with Silkair when i wanted to move but kenna blocked by my then boss.
