Rollsroyce finding a job I got bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering. I'm a foreigner . I'm looking for finding a job in rollsroyce or pratt and whitney. How can i make it? Do i need to take any studies here? |

Unregistered | RR looks good from the outside but inside not so good. Long gone were the days where the increment is 7-8%. We are looking at 1-3%. This year lagi worse, average performer may not even get increment. They recently changed the bonus structure as well ( effectively reducing it for normal performing peeps by 40%) people inside love to play politics as well. Really disappointed in this company. | |

wrong number here issit? haha. If it were the old Goodrich, I don't think so. Even taking cab home after OT would need to carpool, let alone transport allowance. |

Unregistered | RR is decent - normal increments usually 7-8% can go up to 10+% if you are top performer. But of course cannot compare to places like banking or fund management. | |
