Yeah weird thing is, my fajt colleague has been with our school for a year plus and he renewed his registration license earlier this year and it came out unsuccessful. No bad reviews frm our school definitely. Wonder whats up. Also wondering like the previous poster said, if school makes a request for that fajt's license to approved or renewed, can HR do anything. |

FAJT application unsuccessful. Twice. Hi all, is it possible for my application to be successful if a school request for me to be an FAJT in their school? I was called by my old school to come work as an FAJT there. But my application was unsuccessful. |

i heard that with the tightening of FAJT work requirements, many dont even want to be FAJT anymore. so some hods seem to be having a headache finding enough FAJTs to plug the manpower shortage. end up some problematic ones may still stay on because the department got no choice |
