Unregistered did the management not consider working relationship aka people factor? if not for the good relationship between the workers and the superiors, people would've quit already. if the management believe they can control the workers without these middle managers, go ahead and try

Unregistered I myself see some L7 sideline by the management because he or she is too friend friend with the L10 and L11,

the L7 is a nice person, but other fellow L7s don't like it, he want the L7 to maintain a line to with his subordinate, don't be too "nice" to them, don't tell them too much, AKA squeeze them dry

the L7 don't feel comfortable doing that, he still maintain his friendship with the L10, and L11, and sometimes sit down talk cock with them (which is rare for a L7). He feel it is unfair to the L10 and L11

But I heard he was given a cold shoulder by other L7 and L6, and the management don't like his way of managing.

This is how Accenture have become now

can be a lot of thing

like a L5 can tell L7, they gonna roll off the BA by the of the year, but ask the L7 keep it from them to make them to work...just give them false promise they might be promoted, if not will affect morale

or actually project no more budget, hence, we keep it from the L10 and L11, they looking forward for a promotion, a lot of thing can be hide

Ever since end May I know I’m going to this cycle again, totally no morale to put in extra effort.
I begin to leave office on the dot at 6pm, stop replying teams after 6pm, and most importantly people ask me stuff I just say not sure/ don’t know/ need check again/ etc…

Just going to do the bare minimum until find a new job with increment

Unregistered Accenture has a "hiding-the-fact" culture

Usually those PL or boss dun tell u the effort required or the exact reason why u are roll in, or roll off.

I kinda realise this in different project, they are always "hiding something"

Like sometimes the L5 will pass some message to L7, tell them to hold some information to the L10 and L11

if those L7 dun cooperate will have consequence and tio "fixed"

This is the current situation of ACN now, I remember last time is not like that, we have a true open culture, and management can take feedback and criticism, now...? we aren't even allow to ask question, we get shut down easily, especially those L9-L11, totally no power to know what happening and decide anything.

Unregistered relax. no promo = no need to perform. this firm is going downhill with the number of backlogs. we see who can last longer. and then find another job.
