Unregistered Hi everyone, I am an audit associate working in non-big4 audit firm.

Now I very scare my senior will resign because if he resign, I will need to take over his group audit with 15 subsidiaries.

Some review of subsidiaries work require my senior to travel to India which I am very scare to go India.

What should I do? Should I resign before my senior resign?

Is not humji. Is call not dumb to takeover ppl shyt where everyone is paid like the same across the board, just depending on luck which team u in.
Some tio siao sm who scream and shout at u openly with no respect. U just see a lot weird ppl in audit. No point doing the extra. Just siao to see ppl who have no life.really born to work till they drop dead.

Takeover the next role work just tell u how bs this career is.
From aa to am basically brain dead fieldwork. In M onward is play a good game get good port and just do business development refer as much ppl as u can to get that extra pocket money. Ge

Those so long ago already no hope.

But the cohort that graduated just 1 batch earlier got 3.6k

Now you raise to 4.1k, is total loss of 6k.

Can compensate us?

Erm, is it me, or the AWRC is pointing out what all of us already knew for the past years?

Come here read feedback you can already come to the same conclusion as the above.
Already knew but don’t care until when 💩 hits the fan
