Here we go again... 2021-2022 mass MD promotions, now today results list out see so many MDs promoted despite HR say business profitability is a concern. TAP senior here but at this point I've concluded that the program is not supported by the leadership. Different leader / HR has told me different narrative and the 1+2 is a mere guideline afterall :-) |

Probably what is happening for those who got promoted even though 'no budget' is because there was a vacant spot for that level dye to people leaving. If there is a lot of l9, it won't free up space for l10 to go up. Likewise for any other level. But how this company choose the talent is dubious. |

This year not so easy promote people look like they optimizing their resources I am unsure, do they even need so much Level 9 anymore those L11 and L10, please don't get your hope too high |
