does anyone know how ppl become acting head? certain groups suddenly have a lot of heads popping up, and you can see how their pattern starts showing once they got "promoted".

He has no trouble giving B to associates without a secondary role

Complain here no use. Talk to your RO. Ask why is your grade C when you have met all deliverables and took on additional CCAs.

Sometimes what you think is different from what your RO thinks.

Hahaha no i have held asset manager on my first year, then next year changed to finance officer then now this. Still all C. I think it's ********.
The associate without a in dept CCA got a C+
