Complain here no use. Talk to your RO. Ask why is your grade C when you have met all deliverables and took on additional CCAs.
Sometimes what you think is different from what your RO thinks.

Hahaha no i have held asset manager on my first year, then next year changed to finance officer then now this. Still all C. I think it's ********.
The associate without a in dept CCA got a C+

Procurement is your CCA on top of your usual work scope. Got CCA means see u up, going to be promoted soon. Should be minimum C+ next year.
