Unregistered | Hard truth is most work done by L11/ L10 can be done by interns also. I have seen cases where project just get 10 interns to do testing, then all report under one CL9. Still get the work done. Better than getting a team of L11-10 lead by a L8/7 manager. | |

Here we go again... 2021-2022 mass MD promotions, now today results list out see so many MDs promoted despite HR say business profitability is a concern. TAP senior here but at this point I've concluded that the program is not supported by the leadership. Different leader / HR has told me different narrative and the 1+2 is a mere guideline afterall :-) |
