My interpretation from the articles is that the salary revision isn’t an initiative from the Big4, but it’s coming to show support based on the research from the commissioned report by the Government.

Honestly? They should hire me. I could have told them the recommendation is to revise salaries even without that industry report.

Happy to see they raised it to match median grad starting salaries at least. It's a good first step

Unregistered I'm curious, If the increment is only for associates, how will seniors, who have been lowly paid for the first two years feel? Will they continue to tank the engagements or resign?
