Gotta be patient man. I sent like 100++ applications across linkedin mycareersfuture indeed efinancialcareers in a month, more than half of them require creating accounts on their own homepages. Got about 3 interviews so far, 2 rejected 1 waiting. This 4th one most promising so really hope they want me. Manager ask me update 5 FS over a week, i only updated resignation letter so far. |

Don’t confuse the last to announce with the last to implement. Firm can announce in August but effective in January. Another firm can announce in September but effective in October. |

Let’s just say one of the firms was the last to move from 2.9k to 3.0k even when everyone else had already adjusted. And said firm only adjusted effective 1 Jan, so that cohort of graduates were still getting 2.9k for 6 months. |
