Hi xxxx, we are working with ACCA to explore more pathways for ACCA members towards CA (Singapore) membership. Meanwhile, ACCA members can become ISCA Associate members too. Keep a look out for our announcement within the next few months.

So yea, I guess ISCA gonna screw the pre-2020 batches further. Just a matter of abit more time.
I thought ISCA say there will be announcements in later part of the year?

Please look up “Committee to Develop the Accountancy Sector”

The CDAS was formed by the Ministry of Finance in December 2008 to undertake a holistic review of the Singapore accountancy sector and profession, with the aim to position Singapore as a leading international centre for accountancy services and professionals. The CDAS, which is chaired by Mr. Bobby Chin, Chairman of the Singapore Totalisator Board and formerly managing partner of KPMG LLP Singapore, comprises leading members of the accounting profession, the business community, academia and the public sector.

You can find the full report on ACRA website and also all members.

Their first recommendation resulted in what you know call SCAQ.
Bobby Chin Yoke Choong was the Managing Partner of KPMG Singapore from 1992 until his retirement in September 2005. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Maybe that's why now all the RMA signed was with ICAEW (Chartered Accountants Worldwide)
