Unregistered CM POD this td winner siol all that are due hitting 2 years or more than 1 year 8-10 months all got promoted. Think this time round got more promotees from CM POD than the other pods. All along CM POD lowest promoters so pity those people but surprising this time round so different

Do more and do well is good, but not do less and not well or do more but also not well. Actually CL9 they never promise by when can promote it’s typically 3-4.5 years and depend if there’s spaces above you for you to move up to

How would there ever be fair comparison when they are not in the same project? And what do you mean by already doing way more? When hiring externally, their career level is determined by their existing paycheck. That is why you can sometimes see someone not performing at their level.

You can be in accenture for years and yet it is harder to promote internally. With this hiring practice, the slots for your promotion is taken up by external hires. This issue at hand plus the huge amount backlogs of L10~L13 means the lower end of the career levels have no chance of promotion. And when they do, you will see some dubious people getting promoted.

Accenture is truly a fk up place. Good luck.
Yea it’s not based on merits one. Know of someone from change management and she got promoted this round because she exceeded the MAL already think coming to 2 years. Heard she not very good in her work, her domain knowledge weak and can’t seem to manage in the project. But still got promoted, whereas my project I know of developers and BAs who also hitting 2 years A in June but didn’t get promoted this round because not enough budget.
