It’s not just about the money.

Gen Z wants flexibility, work from home, no OT, draw boundaries between work and personal time, right to disconnect.

Until you can meet these demands, it’s hard to appeal to them.

Unregistered My boss like JHK because JHK put in long hours and lunch time they usually eat 30 minutes.

The local university graduate very smart

They say Ok lor....since you all bosses like JHK so much, then we all join banks lor

Give up to chase for the rat race in audit mid last year

Now in commercial as regional FM, time to rest a while ( to gather no of years before hop to others)

Sad to say, need some luck/connection/ to get out from audit.

Exit opportunities getting harder and harder as commercials boss might not convince you can do the job

Got rejected. But then again, I'm from the audit department that is famous for rejecting leaves. No choice had to resign and eat from my savings.

Is like saying "Limpeh throw money" = see people want to join or not?

Is really a display of arrogance!

Remind of our water experts. If many people are using water, simple!! just increase the water tax lor...see people still dare to use so much water or not?

Is like playing with numbers

Dump $15m = increase 100 people join audit industry
Dump $30m = increase 200 people join audit industry
Dump $45m = increase 300 people join audit industry
Dump $70m = increase 400 people join audit industry
The irony is that the money is not even thrown at the local graduates.
