Unregistered So a lot of backlog got promoted? Backlog here is referring to how many years of delay? Like A to SA this June 2 years? Or 1.5 years

Results out already? Huh please I know people who do cca and perform well in their role also didn’t get fast track or normal time promotion. The promotion is majority based on favourite and biasness only a handful are those who are deserving. In general people only promote exceeding the timeframe aka backlog. How many years is your backlog?

Agree this is what we’ve observed as seniors here and I think that’s what op is referring to

If you're promoted, are you expected to stay in the same project?

not a secret, a few MDs that I know at CIE have resigned recently despite working for quite long

also heard that some of the L6 and L7 manager have tender and left the firm recently

it is unusual, probably they heard something

Only those L11 and L10 is staying and hoping for some miracle to happen for the "tapper result"

Imagine the 2 persons that interview you and hire you, both left the firm, how would you feel...?
