Becos of the hierarchical structure, you can't jump a grade and have to start from the bottom. An exception to this is to go in as a direct A2 provided you have completed your internship with them.

short answer, yes. Mainly in terms of the job scope and pay grade.

Unregistered my audit associate who graduated from NTU told me that his career should start from M1 and not A1

He say A1 is for ITE and S1 is for polytechnic.

Do you think NTU graduates are overqualified for A1?
