What is your degree? Once you leave sales, companies will treat you as a fresh degree grad, pay will drop to 2.5-2.8k, you need to prepare for that. |

Career Advancement Hi all, i am currently 23 this year with 3 years of working experience in IT line. Kinda lost what I want to do. Right now i am with an MNC as an Inside Sales, average income is ard 3K inclusive of commission. I am completing my degree in few months time and have intention to change my job for a higher salary. Can anyone advise which position I should be looking at in order for future carrer prospect. 2 yrs with SME 1 yr with MNC |
