What are the criteria for progressing from a pharmacist to a senior pharmacist (from level two to level three)? Also, why some hospitals offer a direct promotion to senior pharmacist on the first advancement, whereas others need two promotions to achieve that rank?

But I can't jump to PHI since there's no pay increment. If I didn't remember wrongly, for JG13 its up to $7700, I'm in mid 5K only.

How's the pay and bonus like in private? I'm doing lab and the environment in private hospital lab is very toxic.

Beyond that, you're in middle management.
Assuming 2-3 years per job grade (as far as I am aware, job titles are inflated in NUHS):
JG11 Executive I
JG12 Executive II/Senior Executive
JG13 Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
JG14 Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager
JG15 Manager
Would take you between 8-12 years to become a manager leading a team.

I'm an nn12 executive I in shs. If I were to get a promotion what would be my title and job grade?
