St Cyber Product side mgmt cmi

I tell you all hor to avoid the Cyber Product side the management don't care their staff one. They die die must achieve KPI and they don't care if the customer demand is siao siao one loh. Anyhow one...

They will throw their engineer pm and anyone into the project just to cover the project than LD the project. When the staff already burnt until gaogao liao. Then when the project go on fire they blame the engineer la pm la but the product mgmt is the one who are the one who start the fires one lo when they anyhow agree with cust everything

Engineer, pm, admin there are not people in their eyes, all just numbers only. Sibei cui.

Mgmt no skills, only talk only. No action talk only and talk big and promise big. Engineer, pm and other staff pay the price sia...

Hahahhahah, this is so true, ST has no money to hire professionals to do the jobs but instead of treating the male executive as Bangla. Better close shop and stop scamming the taxpayer money.

Management do all this kind of welfare for show but never understand that it cause more work for everyone.

Even those who receive must rush to collect from admin during meeting cause admin is like "come collect now." end up alot of engineers on site "just forget about it la" let thr fruit rot in the office.

Brainless management.
That reminds me, the admins of the senior management hold the most powers outside of the management realm. They are the ones who always make engineers do all the work for them.

Cause my division seems to have alot of people "promoted" from project engineer to engineer.

How can some people 1 year become senior engineer while anothrr 10 years colleague is also senior engineer.

Likewise 5 years colleague still just a engineer but a 2 years experience from outside is considered senior engineer here.

This is not a promotion. In ST, a promotion is obvious, with a description in front, like Senior Engineer, Asst Principal Engineer, Principal Engineer.
