sounds like less than 100 got promoted from 11 to 10
and less than 20 got promoted from 10 to 9
Guess it means that everyone is now officially stuck at lvl 10 and there's an insane backlog for 10 to 9?
If it's hard for TAP to promote, just ponder for a sec how much harder it is for people above 9 or TAP to promote....
What's the point of staying or working hard then?

Know a girl who was from BT one she’s hardworking lah but she not so good at her work and faces challenges when handling stakeholders. Think she and her consultant changed to a bank project. Saw she got promoted this time round, about two years
