U are right, everyone contributed in some way. But could be more or less. High visibility or low visibility.

I wouldn't say good wlb. Services doesn't have good wlb. If its good wlb surely not services. GDS or other Dept.

I see GDS mostly very good. Own time own target, own set kpi so I think they have better wlb
